You need to commit yourself to eating healthy, commit yourself on going to the gym or for a long walk or run whenever you can. Make yourself a schedule to go to the gym, make up a work out plan. For the next week or two make a list of all the healthy foods you’re going to eat and what you’re going to have for supper. Make you’re lunches ahead of time instead of at the last minute. And most of all don’t allow yourself to lose commitment, because that’s the one and only thing that will get you where you want to be.

Water is the one thing in life that you need. You can go days even weeks without food believe it or not, but you can go for more than 3 days without water, or a water source. Water keep you hydrated which is a huge necessity for keeping a rocking body all summer. It will keep you awake throughout the day without getting over tired from the sun, it helps prevent headaches and it even simply just makes you feel good and clean on the inside. The water will help keep you energized throughout the day so you can exercise. A bonus to having a great body is also great skin, drinking lots of water cleans your skin and prevents acne. Try to drink up to 8 glasses of water a day.

Veggies may not be the most appealing food. But they are one of the most healthy foods there are, you need more servings of veggies a day than any other food. If you stick with eating veggies then not only do you actually feel healthier but you will also have more energy to exercise.
