You can read all the tips you want, but nothing’s going to change without the commitment. You need to commit yourself to eating healthy, commit yourself on going to the gym or for a long walk or run whenever you can. Make yourself a schedule to go to the gym, make up a work out plan. For the next week or two make a list of all the healthy foods you’re going to eat and what you’re going to have for supper. Make you’re lunches ahead of time instead of at the last minute. And most of all don’t allow yourself to lose commitment, because that’s the one and only thing that will get you where you want to be.
